I am Helen, licensed Therapist in Perth, Australia.

Helen has worked full-time in children’s mental health since 1990: in paediatric hospitals and CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services) in Australia and the UK, community agencies and her own private practices, treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, self-harm, neurodivergence, phobias, adjustment disorders, peer relationship difficulties and eating disorders. And that has equated to helping many, many thousands of children – and their parents and families -to solve an emotional or behavioural challenge being experienced at home, school or both.
